This Privacy Notice explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you whilst you visit our site and in future communications and how we use cookies on this website. We do update this Privacy Notice from time to time so please review this regularly.

Managing Director, Lyra-Jane Benjamin is the data controller and is responsible for any personal data we hold about you.

The data we collect about you

So, for example, if you get in touch regarding our services, training or becoming a Busy Kiddies babysitter/nanny/au pair/tutor, we may collect and process the personal information that you’ve provided. We may also collect information from you when you report a problem with our website or if you complete a survey which we use for research purposes.
We may collect, use and store this information from you.

· Contact data including name, email address, address and phone number

· Device and browser data, such as IP address, information about your device and
browser settings

· Marketing and communications data includes your preferences in receiving marketing
from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

Where you have registered with us and/or we have placed you in a permanent or temporary role, we may also collect, use, store and transfer the following categories of your personal data:

· Employment and educational history data, such as CVs and job titles, qualifications and
authorisations

· References where you have provided us with referees’ contact details

· Eligibility to work data such as passport and visa checks Bank, tax and social security
data such as account numbers, NI number, Unique Tax Reference (UTR)

· Your preferences such as preferred hours, location, salary etc. Role data about roles in
which you have been placed Health data (in limited circumstances)

· Criminal convictions data (candidates only)

· Photographs or data that is available on the public domain e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

During training with the Busy Kiddies babysitters/nannies/au pairs/tutors, we may find out more detailed information regarding our children, our families and our Busy Kiddies babysitters/nannies/au pairs/tutors. This information will be kept under strict confidence and is only used on the day to support the Busy Kiddies babysitters/nannies/au pairs/tutors and by Busy Kiddies to ensure we are providing the appropriate support as and when required.

In general, we do not collect sensitive personal data about you. In the event that we do so, we will ask for your explicit consent to keep said sensitive information, ( for example relevant health problems).
